Don't Forget Haiti

We've all been proudly wearing our "Pa Bliye Ayiti" bracelets.  What does "Pa Bliye Ayiti" mean, you ask?  It means "Don't Forget Haiti" in Haitian Kreyol.  Want a cool bracelet, too?  Click on the link below or the "Bracelets for Haiti" button!

nice bracelets. Haitian Creole is technically how it's spelled. Kreyol is the phonetic pronunciation. Haitian Creole is also a very difficult language as an offshoot of French.

Actually, Kreyol is more than just "the phonetic pronunciation," although it is that as well. There are multiple French-based creole languages, including that spoken in Haiti, which is Kreyol ayisyen and frequently referred to simply as "Kreyol." I believe that in Haiti, Haitian Creole is “Kreyol.” So, while "Haitian Creole" is right, "Kreyol" isn't wrong. But thanks!
